Department of Mathematics
Introduction:-
The department was established in 2008. In beginning the department moved with the services of contributory teachers. Then in 2009 Mr. Mohmed Zafar was appointed as full time Assistant Professor. along with two contributory teachers. In year 2017 Dr. Shaikh Mohammed Sirajuddin Mohammed Salimuddin was appointed as full time Assistant Professor. after 2009, the department starts progressing. In year of 2018 we started first batch of M.Sc. Mathematics.the department start progressing .
All the faculty members worked hard to create research attitude and develop the interest towards mathematics among the students.
Department has its own small Library, Department of Mathematics keep regular test and Guest lecture to motivate the students for learning Mathematics problems. Department is always in touch and make suitable counseling for its ex students. Keeping in mind the importance of Mathematics Hon’able Dr. Mazhar Khan associated this subject with Physics, Computer Science, Electronics and Chemistry. Now students are admitting for M.Sc. Mathematics and SET,NET.

Gols & Objective:-
1) To remove the phobia of learning and practicing mathematics from the students belongs to economically weaker section.
2) To encourage students to learn mathematics for facing the new challenges of the era .
3) To encourage students to acquire knowledge of mathematics to adjust themselves in the changing trends of learning with I.T.
4) To enable the students to acquire knowledge and learn skills of mathematics with open mind.
5) To enable the youths to acquire knowledge of mathematics for the sake of utility in the day today practical life.
6) To motivate the students to learn mathematics for the preservation of our cultural values.
7) To encourage the students to learn mathematics for the sake of development of concentration.
8) To motivate the student for competitive studies like UPSC and MPSC by different lectures
9) To develop the capacity to exercise innate power and common sense in the students
10)To develop the habits of hard work to be completed with intelligence among the students at U.G level and P.G level.
